Is a passionate birder and a pioneer in the field of ornithology.
In 2004, he became the first person in the world to receive the Bird Biology scholarship from the Cornell Lab of Ornithology. He furthered his expertise with a course titled “Let’s Go Outside: Connecting Kids to Nature.” Since 2006, Lufafa has been an active member of Nature Uganda and he’s also affiliated with the Uganda Safari Guides Association.
He has established bird clubs in primary schools, fostering a love for nature among young students.
Currently, he serves as a Senior Tourism Officer in Busoga Kingdom and has previously worked with the Uganda Wildlife Authority after earning his diploma in Tourism Management.
